CHATGPT MAIN BOT LTD (“COMPANY”) OWNS AND OPERATES THE @CHATGPT_GENERAL_BOT CHATBOT SERVICE IN TELEGRAM MESSENGER, SOFTWARE SERVICE API, SITE AND RELATED SERVICES (AS THOSE TERMS ARE DEFINED BELOW). THESE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO ANYONE WITH WHOM COMPANY HAS EXECUTED AN STATEMENT OF WORK THAT INCORPORATES THESE TERMS, AS WELL AS ALL END USERS WHO ACCESS THE SERVICE ON BEHALF OF SUCH CUSTOMER. BY USING THE SERVICES IN ANY WAY, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

The @ChatGPT_General_Bot software running on the Telegram app is a free service, which provides 10 requests per day for information. Some additional services such as "Starter", "Premium" and "Ultimate" may be available for purchase in certain countries, offering more advanced options for using the service.
@ChatGPT_General_Bot is a subscription, which unlocks exclusive features and enhanced functionality. By purchasing a "Starter" subscription, "Premium" or "Ultimate", you agree to that you allow recurring monthly payments, which will be made in @ChatGPT_General_Bot using your chosen payment method until until the subscription is canceled by you or @ChatGPT_General_Bot. @ChatGPT_General_Bot uses third party payment processors to securely facilitate the purchase of "Starter" subscriptions, "Premium" or "Ultimate".
You can manage your Starter subscription by "Premium" or "Ultimate", by going to the "/premium" section in the Telegram chat with @ChatGPT_General_Bot in your Telegram account. If your payment
method is declined, you must provide new billing information, otherwise your @ChatGPT_General_Bot premium subscription will be canceled on your next payment date.

Subscription "Starter" means that you agree to a monthly write-off of funds in the amount of 7.97 USD, to unlock access to:

Users in certain regions may be required to pay local taxes, which will be calculated and added to the total purchase price. Payment service providers may apply their own fees and conversion rates to payments in different currencies. This is out of @ChatGPT_General_Bot's control.
2.1 The Company strives to offer the user access to @ChatGPT_General_Bot 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, temporary access interruptions to @ChatGPT_General_Bot may occur due to technical issues, updates, planned maintenance, etc., on the side of the Provider as well as third-party providers.
2.2 In the event that access to @ChatGPT_General_Bot is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, the user is entitled to demand a full refund for the period during which the Chat-bot was unavailable.
2.3 To request a refund, the user must contact customer support within 7 days following the unavailability of @ChatGPT_General_Bot via email at cancel@chatgptmainbot.net . The Company will take steps to resolve the issue and, if it is impossible to restore service, refund the payment for the period during which the Chat-bot was unavailable.
2.4 Any questions regarding refund or compensation issues should be directed by the users of @ChatGPT_General_Bot to the email address cancel@chatgptmainbot.net and these issues are resolved through email correspondence.
2.5 You can cancel @ChatGPT_General_Bot at any time. To cancel your subscription, you can alao follow the instructions in the "/account" section in the Telegram chat with @ChatGPT_General_Bot. The current subscription will be kept until the end date. After that, your plan will change to a free plan. You can also cancel your subscription by sending an email to cancel@chatgptmainbot.net
2.6 Your subscription will remain active from the time you cancel until the end of your current billing period, and you will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to all features associated with @ChatGPT_General_Bot. Deleting the @ChatGPT_General_Bot chat or stopping the bot in your Telegram app does not cancel your subscription.
2.7. Failure to comply with the @ChatGPT_General_Bot Terms of Service may result in a temporary or permanent ban from using @ChatGPT_General_Bot or some of its services. In such cases, you may lose the benefits of "Starter" "Premium" or "Ultimate", and we will not compensate you for this loss.
3.2. The Company may decide to stop offering subscriptions at any time, including in response to unforeseen circumstances, beyond our control, or as required by law; in this case, we will cancel your subscription and but will not be able to refund the remaining prepaid subscription fee, equal to the remaining unused subscription term.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, data plans, Internet fees and other fees, associated with your use of @ChatGPT_General_Bot. Generally, All purchase fees are non-refundable. Unable to get a “partial refund” or credit, if a user wishes to cancel their recurring subscription early, it will be valid until its expiration date.
While we do not expect frequent price changes for Starter, "Premium" and "Ultimate" we reserve the right to modify both these terms, as well as fees in effect when you renew your subscription, taking into account such factors, as changes in our business, different product offerings or new economic conditions.
We will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days in advance via a message to your @ChatGPT_General_Bot chat, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new fee takes effect.
Any correspondence from the team about "Starter", "Premium" and "Ultimate" will be sent to the user via @ChatGPT_General_Bot.
Services included included in "Starter" subscriptions, "Premium" and "Ultimate" are listed in "https://ChatGPTMainBot.net/" and in @ChatGPT_General_Bot in the "/premium" command. From time to time, we may add new items to the Starter, Premium, and Ultimate subscriptions. We may also remove certain items from existing subscriptions if we are no longer able to provide them for legal or technical reasons. Also, in the future, some items in subscriptions may become free for all @ChatGPT_General_Bot users.
@ChatGPT_General_Bot strives to make its services available to all users at all times, but occasionally technical issues may occur that temporarily prevent us from providing services, including items in subscriptions, to our users. @ChatGPT_General_Bot will not compensate you for any direct or indirect damages resulting from our temporary inability to provide any free or paid services.
To access the bot, you need a Telegram account and any device that supports communication in Telegram.
Premium subscriptions include the additional ability to request that any voice message (of a certain length) in Telegram be converted into a question for a bot. These technologies are still evolving, and not there is no guarantee that every message you try to decipher or translate will be processed correctly or not at all. The accuracy and availability of these technologies depend on a third party (OpenAI) and we cannot guarantee that they will always be accurate and available. Due to the nature of machine learning, output may not be unique across users, and services may generate the same or similar output for OpenAI or a third party. For example, you can provide model inputs such as "What color is the sky?" and receive outputs such as "The sky is blue". Other users can also ask similar questions and get the same answer. Responses that are requested by other users and generated for them are not considered your content.
The Services are provided "as is". Except as prohibited by law, we make no warranties (whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise) with respect to the services and disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement rights and quiet enjoyment, as well as any guarantees arising from any way of doing business or trading use. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free, or that any content will be protected, lost, or altered.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use or data or other losses, even if we were warned of the possibility of such damages. Our cumulative liability under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the greater amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the 2 months prior to the liability set forth in this section.
